Initially, we focused on spare parts production, but over time we implemented a diversification strategy that led to the division of the company.
The ROLMAR TRADE Group is a dynamically developing production and distribution entity, employing over 600 qualified employees.

Product distribution to end customers is carried out through a network of over 2,800 active Business Partners, primarily including:
- Service centers
- Regenerators
- Machine dealers
- Agricultural stores

Partner service is handled by a team of specialists working at the company headquarters and a group of several regional managers located throughout Poland and several European countries.

Product quality is overseen by a team of 8 qualified specialists with the knowledge and measuring tools necessary for precise verification and quality assessment.
At ROLMAR TRADE, product quality is a priority. Our brands, such as Waryński, EXPOM, and KODE, are created by an experienced team of designers and technologists, and each product undergoes detailed testing at every production stage.
Before being introduced for sale, products in the above-mentioned brands are checked at every stage of the production process. Only companies with extensive engineering and technological facilities and production experience can afford such an approach, which we possess through supplying for first assembly to the world's largest corporations.
When starting production in our own factories, a technological process is laid out each time, followed by the creation of test specimens that undergo very thorough testing.
Only after such a designed process does the transfer and start of serial production take place.
When initiating production with external suppliers, the most important aspect is auditing systems that guarantee repeatability. Potential risks that may arise during production are defined, and methods for their elimination are determined. For selected suppliers, their ranking and continuous improvement program are conducted on an ongoing basis.

Our efficient and modern logistics – speed and reliability in deliveries
The operation of ROLMAR TRADE's logistics center is entirely subordinated to speed and error-free order fulfillment.
Dynamic location management, shortened picking paths, and minimizing errors are our priorities, overseen by the WMS IT system.
Every day, ROLMAR TRADE's central warehouse processes hundreds of orders, with efficient and error-free preparation handled by an experienced logistics team.
